Welcome!  Thank you for choosing to make your home with us.  We have been leasing quality residences in the North Country to thousands of residents since 1996.

We strive to provide you with the Schermerhorn Standard which assures you of our commitment to provide you with the highest quality of residential services.

Please let us know if you have questions about your residency or apartment/townhome.  Our property management team is available to assist you Monday through Friday 9:00am-5:00pm.  We are on call weekends and evenings for maintenance emergencies.
