A – Apply for approval with a simple application available online or from our office to your fax, email or address.

B – Bring or fax your application (and supporting documents if an express approval is desired).  We can accept cash, check, Visa or MasterCard payments for the nominal application fee.

C – Coordinate with our Leasing Manager for a lease signing appointment and move-in arrangements.
