Richard Schermerhorn, Jr. is a native of the Queensbury, New York area. With a background in construction, he began building apartments in the region in the early nineties. Schermerhorn with acquisitions, development, construction, management and maintenance of residential and commercial properties has grown to become the areas largest vertically integrated real estate developer.
